What data we collect
We collect the data you send us directly through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number and message. In addition, through Google Analytics, we collect aggregated and anonymised browsing data — for example, how many visitors reach the site and which pages they are interested in.
How we use your data
We use the data from the contact form solely to respond to your accommodation or camp enquiries at Ic Ponor. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties, and we do not use it for marketing purposes without your consent.
Who we share data with
Our contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, and site traffic is measured with Google Analytics — both Google services, which may process technical data under their own privacy policies. Messages sent through the form arrive at our email address, hosted by a third-party email provider.
How long we keep your data
We keep messages received through the contact form for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, afterwards, for booking records. Aggregated data from Google Analytics is retained according to Google's own policies.
Your rights
You have the right to find out what data we hold about you, to request its correction or deletion, and to object to or request restriction of its processing.
